Is there a warranty on my Newlie Products?
Newlie takes great pride in the quality of our products. If you have experienced a problem with our product, please send a picture of the issue along with your contact information to firstname.lastname@example.org, and we’ll determine whether your product is eligible for repair, replacement or refund. You cannot return any product without an RA number. If you have any questions please call us at: 800-324-1272.
How do I clean my Newlie bag and accessories?
Spot clean with a warm, damp cloth and air dry. You can also use organic toy disinfectant spray but first test a little area to make sure it does not discolor your product. If it works okay, then lightly spray some on and wipe dry with a cloth. Do not dry clean or put in the washer/dryer.
Do you sell gift certificates?
We sure do! Go to our gift certificate page to purchase one. Remember gift certificates are final sales.
Why am I seeing sold out or pre-order items?
There may be times when a product sells through quickly before the new inventory comes in. As a result, there may be times items are out-of-stock and available for pre-order. Or we may have a brand new product coming soon, and we start taking pre-orders ahead of time because we are so excited for you to get it!
Can I change or cancel my order?
We do our best to get you your order as quickly as possible. As a result, once your order is placed, it automatically downloads to our warehouse system and the process begins. It is very difficult for us to make any changes.
We cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations, but if you’d like to change or cancel your order, please email us immediately at email@example.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate you if at all possible.
Where’s my order confirmation?
You should receive an email confirmation immediately after completing checkout. If for some reason you don’t, check your spam folder and add firstname.lastname@example.org to your safe sender list. If you still can’t find it, contact us at email@example.com.
Can I use more than one coupon on my order?
We apologize, but we only accept one coupon code per order. Multiple codes cannot be combined.
I just placed an order and now you're offering a coupon. Can I use it on my previous order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to retroactively apply coupons to previous orders.
Something I just ordered at full price is now on sale! Can I get the sale price?
We can issue you a refund for the price difference as long as your order was placed within 2 days of the sale and you paid in full. (If you used any promo code, gift card or discount we can not refund you the difference.)
You will receive store credit for the price difference, as long as your previous purchase meets the following:
- Your order was placed within 7 days of the item(s) going on sale.
- You purchased the item(s) at full price.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer further markdowns on sale merchandise.
